We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team at BlackTree Technical Group, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical documentation and experience working with PLM and ERP systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Initiating and processing changes through completion within the PLM system (Arena)
- Entering and maintaining data for PLM (Arena), PCT/PDB (IPG Applications), and ERP (MS Dynamics-NAV) systems
- Maintaining component and assembly revision levels in PDM (SolidWorks)
- Creating items as required in NAV
- Creating, tracking, and maintaining training records for new hires and training related to changes
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability and willingness to learn new applications and skills
Preferred qualifications include experience working with PLM and ERP systems, basic knowledge of FDA regulated industry documentation procedures, and basic knowledge of technical information content and context used by manufacturing and engineering.
