Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Documentation Specialist to join our team at IPG Medical Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and process changes through completion within the PLM system (Arena).
  • Perform data entry and data maintenance for PLM (Arena), PCT/PDB (IPG Applications), and ERP (MS Dynamics-NAV) systems.
  • Maintain component and assembly revision levels in PDM (SolidWorks).
  • Create, track, and maintain training records for new hires and training related to changes.

Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to learn new applications and skills.
  • Experience working with PLM and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of technical information content and context used by Manufacturing and Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
