Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and hardworking individual who is eager to learn new skills and technologies to support our team in achieving its mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process changes through completion within the PLM system (Arena).
- Perform data entry and maintenance for PLM (Arena), PCT/PDB, and ERP (MS Dynamics-NAV) systems.
- Maintain component and assembly revision levels in PDM (SolidWorks).
- Create items as needed in NAV.
- Create, track, and maintain training records for new hires and training related to changes.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Willingness and ability to learn new applications and skills.
- Basic knowledge of FDA-regulated industry documentation procedures.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems.
- Familiarity with technical information content and context used in Manufacturing (e.g., Assembly Procedures, Work Instructions, Travelers).
- Familiarity with technical information content and context used in Engineering (e.g., drawings, specifications, reports).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience: Experience with PLM and ERP systems preferred.
