Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and perform check-in/out procedures with a smile
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Update housekeeping room status to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Explain hotel amenities and promotions to guests, highlighting our unique offerings
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, offering solutions and alternatives when possible
  • Document guest accidents and incidents, ensuring a safe and secure environment
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of hospitality experience, with a focus on customer service
  • Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
