Key Responsibilities- Greet guests and perform check-in/out procedures with a smile
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Update housekeeping room status to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Explain hotel amenities and promotions to guests, highlighting our unique offerings
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, offering solutions and alternatives when possible
- Document guest accidents and incidents, ensuring a safe and secure environment
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year of hospitality experience, with a focus on customer service
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
