Position Overview

The Community Integration Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Sales and Leasing along with the Sales and Leasing Counselor in facilitating the smooth transition of new residents into the community. This position emphasizes effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure a positive experience for depositors and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Uphold and promote a philosophy that respects the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of all residents.
  • Cultivate relationships with new depositors and develop personalized transition plans.
  • Oversee the admissions process to guarantee satisfaction for both residents and their families.
  • Analyze floor plans and assist in creating optimal furniture arrangements.
  • Maintain a robust network of referral sources, providing necessary information through marketing materials or presentations as required.
  • Actively engage in the completion of special projects, requests, and assignments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Team Members to ensure effective and timely follow-up on the database.
  • Assist in the management of the Resident Referral Program.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Fundamental understanding of sales and marketing principles as they relate to senior living.
  • Proven customer service skills and a commitment to working in a service-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional public speaking, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in computer and internet applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrates accountability for assigned tasks, completing them accurately and on time.
  • Capable of establishing specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely goals and objectives.
  • Able to present information clearly and communicate effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking, and managing time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Education & Experience :

  • A college degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
