Sales Manager

Underground Printing (UGP) is a rapidly growing company that delivers exceptional customer experiences through its high-quality products and services. As a Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and providing excellent customer support.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales PerformanceWe're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to convert quotes to sales, working closely with our marketing team to drive quotes and interact with customers to close deals.
You will be responsible for communicating sales, store, and personnel information to your regional manager in a timely manner, adhering to our Digital Code of Conduct, and providing feedback to affect change.
Store ManagementAs a Sales Manager, you will also be responsible for managing our retail store, including opening and closing procedures, depositing money to the bank, and coordinating retail displays to optimize sales. You will be responsible for supervisory tasks, including time card approvals, annual reviews, and disciplinary actions.
You will also actively manage the store on major retail event days, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Requirements
- A degree from a 4-year college or university
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Previous sales experience
- Strong typing, speed, and accuracy
- Highly advanced organizational skills
- Proficient with Gmail and its applications, cloud computing sites, and social media
- Prior management experience is preferred
