Job Title: Concrete Salesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Salesperson to join our team at Papago Concrete. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate project scoping and pricing.
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an estimator and in sales within the concrete industry.
  • Strong understanding of concrete materials, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with estimating software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Client-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and project challenges.
Work Environment and Benefits:
  • Work Location: Remote work and on-site visits for estimates.
  • Job Type: Full-time Contractor.
  • Schedule: Minimum requirement: Monday thru Friday between open company hours of 8 am - 5 pm.
Compensation:
  • Pay Structure: Progressive Commission starting at 7% for smaller projects to 3% for very large projects.
  • Salesperson Average: is roughly $8k per month per person.
