About the Role:

The Account Executive role is a critical sales position responsible for driving contract value retention and growth through strategic partnerships with mid-sized client accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's business needs and the ability to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior executives across mid-sized organizations, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and renew member research contracts, ensuring seamless relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge to drive growth and expansion.
  • Convert viable prospects to active Gartner clients (members), leading the full sales conversation and negotiation, and providing ongoing account management and support.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar.
  • A high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Competitive drive with a collaborative approach, with a passion for achieving results and inspiring others to do the same.
