Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding their protection plans and claims status
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives to resolve issues
- Develop a rapport with customers over the phone and provide a professional and friendly attitude
- Explain the terms and conditions of our protection plans and provide instructions on cleaning and maintenance of furniture
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 2 years customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and technology literacy, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred, not required
This role works in a high-volume, inbound call center with a hybrid schedule available after the initial training and nesting period. The Protection Service Center Hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
