Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ProtectAll & HealthySleep. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Call Center Manager to set goals and objectives, and to develop and implement strategies to achieve them
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
