Job Summary

Map Communications is seeking a highly skilled and professional Call Center Specialist to join our team. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide and request required information to ensure accurate issue resolution
  • Transfer calls or take messages as necessary
  • Work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on various call center tools

Requirements:

  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows based environment
  • Good attendance
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more

Compensation: $17 / Hour

Shifts Offered:

  • Full Time - 40 hours per week, 10 hour shifts
  • Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)

Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
