Position Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst, Integrated Business Planning will spearhead all financial activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and analysis within the framework of an evolving Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This role is essential to our finance team and vital for the ongoing success of Ready Pac Produce, Inc.

The primary responsibilities include overseeing the implementation, coordination, and governance of the IBP process in collaboration with various operational functions. You will be involved in each step of the IBP process (Portfolio, Demand, Planning, Supply, Master Reviews) and will provide financial insights to guide business decisions for both the short and long term.

  • Prepare regular budgeting and forecasting financials, along with long-term planning perspectives.
  • Lead financial forecasts based on anticipated demand while identifying risks and opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for the financial aspects of the IBP process.
  • Identify potential financial discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
  • Challenge existing processes and facilitate communication regarding risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in the Master Business Review.
  • Collaborate with the VP of IBP to enhance the overall process.
  • In addition to the IBP focus, the Senior Financial Analyst will engage in ad-hoc analyses and various projects, including contributions to our ESG Reporting and Monitoring initiatives.
  • This role is pivotal in supporting our environmental and social goals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in Integrated Business Planning finance within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) context.
  • Proven ability to develop solutions and implement actionable plans.
  • Customer-focused, pragmatic, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
  • Confidence to make difficult decisions and communicate challenging messages professionally.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and a passion for a positive workplace culture.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Logility or similar Supply Chain systems, JDE or comparable ERP systems, and reporting tools like Tableau.
