The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a Patient Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for ensuring that their experience is exceptional from the moment they walk into our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient intake, including checking in patients, verifying insurance, and processing paperwork.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing information about our services.
  • Work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
