Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Ambassador at JOANN Stores, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through advanced product knowledge and innovative merchandising. Your primary goal will be to create a premium customer experience by inspiring creativity within our customers and making JOANN their Happy Place.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire creativity within our customers and make JOANN their Happy Place
• Drive sales through advanced product knowledge and innovative merchandising
• Assist the Store Management team with leading the store team members by observing/coaching individuals and performing operational duties
• Create an exceptional in-store experience and provide excellent customer service by interacting and engaging with customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
