The Fragrance Ambassador is responsible for achieving and exceeding fragrance sales targets as directed by management. This role involves elevating each guest's personal Cartier journey through an emotional experience. The ambassador motivates the boutique team to achieve sales ambitions, supports daily operations, and collaborates with corporate teams to roll out initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create Exceptional Client Experiences: Support the boutique in achieving and/or exceeding monthly fragrance sales targets. Ensure each client and visitor receives an exceptional welcoming experience, leveraging waiting periods to introduce fragrance as an emotional component of the Cartier universe.
- Develop and Grow Fragrance Clientele: Partner with Sales Associates during client appointments to encourage cross-category selling opportunities. Build a client base with new clients for fragrance categories and identify clients with interest and potential to grow into other categories.
- Act as an Ambassador for Fragrance Categories: Raise awareness, product knowledge, and passion for fragrance across the boutique team by hosting weekly training briefs. Maintain 100% participation in trainings and convey key insights within the boutique.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment
- General knowledge of perfume and accessories categories
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
