Job Title: Program Manager

At The Price Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Manager to join our Residential Services team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our residential homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise house staff and ensure the provision of high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Manage program finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with families, neighbors, employers, and government agencies to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Provide direct care to residents, including daily living skills and case management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of direct care experience at a human services agency.
  • At least one year of management experience.
  • Demonstrated teaching and training skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • MAP certification in Massachusetts.
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and support the body weight of any program individual.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
