As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, managing incoming clients and phone calls, and educating owners on our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming clients and phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and educating owners on our services
  • Contribute to the efficient flow of the hospital, from welcoming appointments to check-out
  • Efficiently schedule appointments, manage medical information, and follow up with clients
  • Process accurate client payments and maintain security
  • Manage electronic medical records, reports, and correspondence
  • Utilize innovative tools to communicate and deliver a high-end experience
  • Some lifting (up to 40lbs) and hands-on animal interaction may be required
