Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, chats, and tickets.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and configurations within our platform.
- Collaborate with colleagues to manage the case queue and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Install and configure our software to assist in customer deployments.
- Participate in ad hoc projects to improve our support operations.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated team player.
- Ability to function at a high level during non-conventional work hours.
- Interest in continuous improvement and learning new skill sets.
- Experience in technical customer service and SaaS software a plus.
