Customer Support Analyst - Day Shift

Join our team of dedicated professionals at Intelerad Medical Systems Incorporated as a Customer Support Analyst - Day Shift. As a key member of our Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our software is properly configured and working effectively and efficiently at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, chats, and tickets.
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and configurations within our platform.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage the case queue and escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Install and configure our software to assist in customer deployments.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects to improve our support operations.
Requirements:
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated team player.
  • Ability to function at a high level during non-conventional work hours.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and learning new skill sets.
  • Experience in technical customer service and SaaS software a plus.
