We are currently seeking an Infusion Care Coordinator who is enthusiastic about enhancing the quality of infusion therapy.

Key Responsibilities

The Infusion Care Coordinator will play a vital role in our growth by:

  • Managing the entire infusion referral process, including obtaining necessary authorizations and conducting financial counseling.
  • Collaborating with referring providers to gather essential documentation for patient treatment and updating them on patient status.
  • Providing clear and compassionate communication regarding the referral process to patients.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with referring and prescribing providers.
  • Assisting in the management of medical inventory and office supplies.
  • Receiving dedicated training for six weeks to ensure success in the role.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A strong passion for patient care and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Experience in the healthcare field is essential.
  • Prior knowledge of infusion therapy is preferred.
  • Experience with insurance prior authorizations and medical terminology.
  • A solid understanding of medical insurance processes.
  • The ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
