Digital Marketing Senior Associate

Sullivan is seeking a highly organized and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Senior Associate to support the sales and marketing efforts of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, or a related field and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the firm's growth initiatives, supporting a nimble team across all new business and external marketing efforts
- Create and place content on owned social channels, paid digital channels, and the company website
- Manage and report on Analytics and performance of the marketing program in conjunction with the Group Director of Analytics
- Manage, optimize, and report on Sullivan's paid digital campaigns including on LinkedIn and Google Adwords
- Load, send, and report on Sullivan email campaigns
- Maintain and optimize Sullivan's SEO
- Recommend optimizations, ideas, tests, and tactics to continually improve Sullivan's marketing efforts
- Draft social media captions
- Provide logistical support across the new business process, helping teams deliver excellent proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
- Contribute to proposal creation including some writing and packaging of cases
- Maintain and update databases: Salesforce database, relevant Slack channels, and Growth shared drives
- Pipeline report for executive insight
- Supplier diversity portals and certifications
- Conduct research on conferences and speaking engagements that align with Sullivan's expertise and business growth
- Research background on new business prospects
- Manage award submissions
- Stay on top of industry news and marketing trends on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience, preferably in a marketing, sales, media agency, or client services environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear, compelling business writing skills
- Excellent PPT capabilities
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality with a drive to succeed on a small, fast-paced team
- Excellent communication skills
- Eager to learn and take on more responsibility
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Google Adwords, Wordpress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SmartSheet, and Google Analytics is ideal, but not required
- Comfortable managing up
