Key Responsibilities

Meet monthly personal production targets and manage admissions budgets for designated locations. Develop and implement a strategic plan on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to enhance market presence through key account management, including prospecting and call frequency. Conduct effective sales calls that identify and address the needs of the referral community while clearly articulating the benefits of LHC Group's services. Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Clinical Director to promote a growth-oriented vision by aligning the team with the needs of the referral community and patients. Handle all sales administration tasks, including CRM compliance, expense reporting, and timely communication. Manage the company's financial resources responsibly, ensuring a return on investments and adherence to the sales and marketing budget. Understand and communicate the features and advantages of LHC Group's services, educating the medical community through effective sales presentations. Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Two to three years of successful experience in Home Health or Hospice sales preferred. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software is required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a self-motivated attitude.
