About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and agents, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-call resolution service to clients and agents, addressing billing assistance, policy service, and system support inquiries.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, providing accurate information to clients and agents.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, including excellent verbal communication and business writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on initiative and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Basic math skills and ability to learn insurance product knowledge.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, with a prescheduled rotation.
