Field Operations Manager

Protos Security is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Operations Manager to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to various client and vendor locations to assess both new and existing sites, as well as addressing any problematic areas requiring immediate attention.
Responsibilities:- Provides support and leadership during client start-ups; provides input to security planning, assessments, and surveys; reviews post orders and communicates requirements and changes to affected personnel.
- Partners with management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems.
- Collects information, facts, and data on security detail at various vendor and client locations throughout the Pacific Northwest.
- Ensures service expectations are met through regular contact, evaluation, and adjustment of service quality with all clients and sites.
- Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Communicates and coordinates with Vendors regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth security services are being provided; meets with client to discuss Client Experience and related security issues.
- Inspects client sites as assigned to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with post orders.
- Prepares and reviews required reports for accuracy and timeliness; assists in preparing and submitting to all appropriate parties.
- Performs duties as a member of the Field Operations team to include participation in all meetings, performing all tasks as required, working remotely when not traveling, and being accountable for all work and tasks assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years' security experience in any vertical and demonstrated success in a leadership role.
- Military, Corporate security, law enforcement, and operations support management experience preferred.
- Methodical and systematic approach to work and the ability to apply logic to processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Process driven, detailed oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Independent and driven with demonstrated past results.
- Not necessary but preferred: Bilingual skills. (Spanish)
Travel is required frequently between security locations in the Pacific Northwest.
Compensation:Compensation includes base salary, and the company offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, etc.
