Job Title: Field Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Consultant to join our team at Kumon North America, Inc. As a Field Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Franchisee Instructors and ensuring the highest level of instructional quality, operational efficiency, and brand appeal across our centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular evaluations and follow-up visits to ensure compliance with company standards and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase operations standards and center profitability.
  • Provide guidance and training to Franchisees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assess regional market conditions and develop plans to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor branch and center level performance to identify trends, outliers, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel extensively locally and regionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs
  • Previous multi-unit service management experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred
