Your Responsibilities: In the capacity of Legal Specialist II, you will operate under the guidance of the Legal Office Manager and designated Attorneys to deliver support, manage cases, and handle documentation for both litigated and non-litigated issues. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Compiling and drafting medical summaries
  • Preparing responses to written discovery requests
  • Assisting in the formulation of motions
  • Overseeing calendars and deadlines related to your assigned cases
  • Requesting medical documentation

Flexibility is essential as you will also undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications to Join Our Team:

  • Preferred paralegal certification or degree
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to meet various deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Adobe Pro, Excel, and Word
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer service abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must maintain and protect highly confidential information
  • Ability to work from our office location
