Job Overview
Culligan is a leading provider of water treatment solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Training and Education Lead for Customer Service to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer service or training and development, preferably in a customer-facing role. They will also possess excellent facilitation and coaching abilities, with a focus on hands-on learning.

About the Role
This role will focus on enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of CSRs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. The key responsibilities include:
  • Developing comprehensive training programs tailored for CSR roles, including onboarding, soft skills training, product knowledge, and system navigation.
  • Facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing CSRs, focusing on customer interaction, conflict resolution, and service excellence.
  • Providing ongoing training and development support to CSRs, leveraging subject matter experts to gather input on content when creating or updating training program materials.

Benefits
Culligan offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
