Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) seeks a skilled Marketing and Membership Liaison to support our mission of advancing excellence and innovation in vascular health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing membership inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a liaison for membership inquiries while providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Assist in managing Membership and Student and Resident inboxes by responding to basic inquiries
  • October – February, assist with providing invoices, taking dues payments over the phone, calling suspended members, etc.
  • Assist with the database, inclusive of updating member records, running/creating reports, and management of linked platforms (shared drive, Canva, Higher Logic, etc.)
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or marketing discipline required, and up to 1 year of professional experience in an office, association, or related environment/college internship experience acceptable
  • Strong, demonstrable writing skills with ability to understand an audience and develop relevant voice and message
  • Experience with technology platforms
