Chief Medical Officer for Inpatient Psychiatry Services

About the Role
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking a Chief Medical Officer for Inpatient Psychiatry Services to lead an interdisciplinary team of Psychiatrists and Advanced Practice Providers in southern Maine. This role will involve 50% clinical responsibilities and 50% administrative duties within a large non-profit integrative health system.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the delivery of high-quality inpatient psychiatric services, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety
- To develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes, efficiency, and productivity
- To work closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and communication

About the Salary
