Job Summary

We are seeking an Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This role will involve providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME.
  • The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients. You will assess patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (DNP).
