Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to lead our interdisciplinary team in providing top-notch care to our residents. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee facility operations, ensure high-quality care delivery, and mentor nursing staff to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
  • Supervising and guiding nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid state nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
