Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op, you will be immersed in a vibrant and innovative environment, contributing to the development of automotive steel products that enhance safety and reduce carbon emissions.

Your Role:
As part of our Engineering team, you will assist with various manufacturing projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting manufacturing initiatives within the engineering group.
  • Completing assignments from the Engineering Manager while adhering to deadlines.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc reports and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering and possesses a foundational understanding of project management, manufacturing processes, and design software. Key skills include:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to utilize basic measuring instruments.
  • Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Self-motivated and reliable work ethic.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
