The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for strategizing and supervising the arrangement of machinery, office spaces, and production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct operational studies to enhance workflow and optimize space utilization.

• Execute cycle time assessments and identify bottlenecks.

• Collaborate daily with production management and union representatives regarding staffing needs and industrial engineering activities.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
o Availability to work across various shifts.
o A valid driver's license is required.
o At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within the automotive assembly sector in a fast-paced environment.
o Proven experience in time/motion studies, standard work development, and standard data creation.
o Strong analytical skills to enhance manufacturing processes.
o Solid understanding of traditional lean manufacturing principles.
