Position Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role will primarily focus on enhancing quality and applying lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and execute projects aimed at continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Provide updates on project statuses, including progress reports, barrier escalations, and integration with other initiatives.
  • Facilitate the effective onboarding of new business processes.
  • Oversee quality program initiatives, managing internal and external quality notifications.
  • Assist in defining, designing, and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Lead training sessions to embed continuous improvement skills within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on critical initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of departmental training programs.
  • Drive improvements in safety, productivity, efficiency, and quality while minimizing waste, directly impacting profitability.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Formal training in Project Management and/or PMP certification is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • One to three years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in quality management is preferred.
  • Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain it.
