We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of our internet infrastructure, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement construction strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project and Asana.
