Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at Dover Corporation. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of work and materials within our production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.
  • Read and comprehend job orders and bills of materials to ensure accurate assembly and delivery of products.
  • Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to meet production schedules.
  • Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
  • Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling to ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Work at different workstations as production needs require, maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Use proper safety equipment and apparel required for each operation on individual's product line or work cell.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.

  • Occasionally - Stooping/Twisting, Kneeling, Squatting, Visual Acuity (Near/Far), and Lift/Carry up to 50lbs.
  • Frequently - Reaching and Lift/Carry up to 25lbs.
  • Constantly - Standing, Walking, Gripping, Pushing/Pulling, and Lift/Carry up to 25lbs.
