Commercial Banking Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Establishes and nurtures business credit and deposit partnerships.
- Accountable for generating new business through referrals and proactive outreach.
- Develops and sustains a client portfolio by evaluating and fulfilling both business and personal requirements.
- Enhances market presence by forging new customer connections and leveraging the Bank's financial offerings to create more effective banking solutions.
- Facilitates loan structuring and adeptly cross-sells additional products.
- Constructs and upholds a professional network of centers of influence and referral partners.
- Maintains a consistent pipeline of potential clients through a structured calling strategy as outlined by leadership.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel approximately 25% within the designated region and across the BankFinancial service areas as necessary. Up to 10% of travel outside the state may be required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial or Business Lending.
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales efforts.
- Demonstrated success in sales and portfolio management.
- Strong skills in pipeline management and communication.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain high-level business relationships with key decision-makers for sourcing new and renewal opportunities.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with a proactive approach to managing and prioritizing tasks.
Licenses and Certifications
- Required certifications and licenses as mandated by the SVP of Business Banking.
- Must remain current with ongoing education requirements.
- Notary Public certification is preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with teller and banking platform systems.
