Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio by marketing VOLT Management's staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client needs.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and client requirements.
  • Engage in networking activities to expand your professional connections and generate leads.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing and recruiting sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
