Senior Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team responsible for managing the Infrastructure Platform. As a key member of our team, you will have a significant impact on shaping the strategy, development, and execution of Event Management and Discovery solutions on our ServiceNow platform.
In close collaboration with key stakeholders from Infrastructure Operations, Engineering, and Service Desk, your role will involve identifying existing solution pain points, gaps in event/asset telemetry, and documenting these as formal business requirements.
Using industry best practices, you will implement process and technical solutions within ServiceNow that align with our organizational objectives, elevate the user experience, and adapt to the ever-evolving business landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Event Management and Discovery within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Define and prioritize feature enhancements and functionality improvements from people, process, and technology perspectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of Event Management and Discovery projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the adoption of best practices and standards across the organization for Event Management and Discovery processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to enhance Event Management rules, alarm creation, correlation, and Discovery initiatives.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Event Management and Discovery within the ServiceNow platform, offering guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
The Infrastructure Platform Management (IPM) team is part of Corporate Infrastructure Services (CIS), focusing on maintaining Amazon's corporate campus and building infrastructure worldwide. From networking to AV systems, CIS ensures the technology operates efficiently. The team is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience for Amazon employees working in the office.
Requirements- Experience in owning/driving roadmap strategies and definitions.
- Experience in managing technical products or online services.
- 7+ years' product or program management experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
- 3+ years' experience in data center or corporate IT infrastructure operations.
- 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow in an enterprise setting, including a strong understanding of ITSM, Event Management, and Discovery processes.
- ITIL v3/v4 Certified.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in project management, Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
- Certification in PMP or Agile SAFe.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Kaizen.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certified.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and SQL.
- Experience in driving tool adoption and implementation.
- IT Service Management expertise.
