Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our Visa Protect for Account-to-Account Payments (A2A) product team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge advanced analytics products to help financial institutions detect and prevent fraud and scams in real-time payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of the A2A product suite, including managing end-to-end execution of new product development for live service.
- Participate in and provide business input to design and technology discussions.
- Collaborate with teams across Visa to align A2A with Visa's global strategy, product suite, and processes.
- Work with Product, Research, Engineering, UX teams, and others to deliver product goals.
- Manage, prioritize, and plan varied initiatives in parallel.
- Present findings, results, and value proposition to clients and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 2+ years of experience with a PhD.
- Strong background in product management for advanced analytics products in Financial Services, encompassing client-facing delivery experience.
- Experience working in Financial Crime or Payments within the Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Proven record of accomplishment of success in fast-paced, agile environments with demanding timelines.
- Experience in designing products that use complex modeling techniques (inc. AI/ML).
- Taking products to market, managing end-to-end processes (such as enabling monitoring and support, client services, technical support, etc.).
- Passion for innovating and delivering differentiated products and user experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface across levels, regions, cultures, and languages, and engage successfully with both specialist teams and broader business partners.
- Strong ability to consume complex data and information, develop insights, and create impactful stories.
- Experience with Cloud technologies and best practices are preferred.
- Understanding of Data Science concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge about SDLC and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience on Jira.
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning, drive change management.
- Ability to lead executive messaging.
Additional Information
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. The incumbent will be expected to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
