Job Overview

M S Benbow and Associates (MSB) is actively seeking a Project Administrator to enhance our corporate operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional communication and administrative assistance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drafts letters, reports, forms, and various documents for project teams.
  • Assists in revising technical reports/documents to align with client, industry, and MSB standards.
  • Organizes and maintains project documentation using the SharePoint document management system.
  • Coordinates internal and client project meetings.
  • Communicates with the leadership team to receive direction and tasks, ensuring the department meets its support service objectives for client success.
  • Develops a foundational understanding of basic engineering terminology, including scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD/reprographics, and document control.
  • Gains proficiency in Unanet to assist with data analysis related to historical and current organizational opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma, with a preference for a 2-year or 4-year College Degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Preferred prior experience in a similar role, ideally with 3 to 5 years of experience.
