Audacy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with local and national decision-makers
- Create and execute strategic and creative multi-platform advertising campaigns that leverage the broad reach of over-the-air audio, streaming, targeted digital solutions, and e-commerce
- Bring innovative marketing ideas to life that make a difference for clients and their businesses
- Close business and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to exceed client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Achieve sales objectives and assigned goals
- Continuously build knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media sales, with a focus on broadcast radio and digital media
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and renewing business
- Relevant relationships with local and national advertising clients and agencies
- Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing, particularly in digital, audio, and interactive
- Creative and strategic mindset to develop unique campaigns focused on solving client needs
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office programs, SalesForce, Media Monitors, Xray, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Google Ads (SEM), and Facebook Ads
