The Opportunity
Description
We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales generation, developing leads, and driving business development for an assigned regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines.
- Perform sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers.
- Work with corporate Marketing to implement marketing strategies for the territory.
- Meet sales goals and metrics given.
- Report activity on a regular basis in CRM system.

Requirements
- 2 years sales experience
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Staffing industry experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact face-to-face with customers and present a solution-based presentation
- High sense of urgency to exceed customer needs
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
