We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers.

  • As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales generation, developing leads, and business development for an assigned Regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing.
  • You will qualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines.
  • Your role will involve performing sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers.
  • You will work with our corporate Marketing team to implement marketing strategies for the territory.
  • Meeting sales goals and metrics will be a key focus of your role.
  • You will report activity on a regular basis in our CRM system.

To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years of sales experience, the ability to work independently and with a team, and experience in the staffing industry. You will also need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interact face-to-face with customers and present a solution-based presentation.
