Job Summary

The Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in driving Elase's growth by focusing on outside sales, establishing relationships, and securing corporate and group partnerships with local businesses and networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new clients into the spa
  • Identify and target potential clients through networking, walk-ins, and cold calling
  • Target neighborhood groups, businesses, and networks, and micro-influencers with critical mass
  • Execute strategies to drive organic new client acquisition through this channel
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in these local businesses and organizations

Act as the primary point of contact in the acquisition process with these groups, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Events

Plan, coordinate, and execute events to promote the med spa, such as open houses, health fairs, micro-influencer events, and community outreach programs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for events.

Represent Elase at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Number of new clients acquired per month via biz dev channel
    • Conversion rate of business develop leads to clients
  • Partnership Development:
    • Number of new corporate/group/micro-influencer partnerships established per quarter
    • Revenue generated from corporate/group/micro-influencer partnerships
  • Event Success:
    • Number of events organized and executed per quarter
    • Attendance rate and client acquisition from events
    • Client satisfaction and feedback scores from event attendees
Requirements

3+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, multi-level marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
