Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • High regard for time management.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
