Job Summary

WNB Financial, N.A. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Marketing Team in coordinating, monitoring, and executing marketing initiatives across various channels and markets to meet the Bank's strategic marketing plan and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Track and monitor marketing performance indicators for campaigns, digital engagement, and events
    • Research, order, inventory, and distribute marketing materials and logo wear as directed
    • Coordinate, track, and report on community giving in all markets
    • Monitor competitor ads and promotions in all markets
    • Track and maintain the Bank's historical archives
  • Graphic Design and Campaigns
    • Assist with graphic design and implementation of marketing materials, for digital and traditional marketing, external communications, public relations, and internal documents as directed
    • Serve as the Bank's photographer and videographer as directed
    • Schedule and distribute advertising materials to vendors as directed
    • Update, monitor, and archive the Bank's marketing efforts
  • Events
    • Coordinate vendors, staff, and volunteers as directed for bank and community events in all markets
    • Prepare materials, assist in the setup and take down for bank and community events in all markets as directed
    • Maintain the event calendar for all markets
    • Assist in measuring event success and make recommendations for improvement
  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities
    • Assist with coworker marketing, branding, referral, and social media training
    • Provide tours of the Historic Downtown Winona Office
    • Serve as a community and Bank representative
    • Participate in internal and external training and development opportunities as required
    • Other job-related duties necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position

Working Conditions
