Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GK Realty Group LLC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing all documentation efficiently, proactively informing clients about upcoming deadlines, and ensuring complete legal compliance in all deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and other appointments for the broker
  • Support the real estate office with other assistant duties as needed, such as picking up orders
  • Liaise between the supervising broker and clients
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify the broker of necessary details
  • Maintain a balanced record of the broker's business transactions
Requirements
  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
  • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation

$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
