Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential office services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Process incoming documents, make photocopies, and file paperwork
- Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate teams
- Maintain digital and physical records of business transactions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
