Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential office services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Process incoming documents, make photocopies, and file paperwork
  • Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain digital and physical records of business transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with computer software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum.
