Technical Operations Specialist

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.
The IT department at Airtable is seeking a Technical Operations Airtable Specialist to assist us in integrating Airtable into existing systems and expanding internal enterprise use of Airtable. In this role, you'll be part of Airtable's internal deployment team.
You'll apply Airtable no-code/low-code and integration experience to increase the adoption of Airtable internally and expand existing applications to enhance functionality and security. The three main focus areas will be:
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the intake, prioritization, and execution of Airtable requests from the business.
- Develop artifacts and assets to support end users and business champions.
- Capture, document, and route feedback to product development regarding product functionality and user experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT Engineering or hands-on technical operations experience.
- Solution-oriented: What you build and implement will impact all of Airtable.
- Experience with administering and developing in and against SaaS, and applications and services, including Google Workspace and Slack.
- Comfort and familiarity with modern development practices and the development lifecycle with experience using Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or other agile methodologies.
