Key Responsibilities
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will:
- Welcome and assist visitors by providing a warm and professional greeting.
- Participate as a member of campus response and reentry teams as required.
- Oversee and manage the campus-wide Commuter Assistance Program (CAP).
Administrative Duties
Your role will include:
- Maintaining an organized inventory of supplies, brochures, and materials for reception areas.
- Regularly updating campus video displays to share current and relevant information.
- Coordinating the coverage and scheduling of the reception area with Student Workers.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Travel Requirements
Travel may be required as part of this role.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and concierge-level experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with point-of-sale and telephone systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
